Blood Pressure Measurements
The non-invasive auscultatory (from the Latin for listening ) and oscillometric emasurements are simpler and qiucker than invasive measuremnets, require less expretise in fitting, have virtually no complications, and are less unpleasant and painful for the patient. Since blood pressuer varies throughout the day, measurements should be taken at teh same time of day to ensure the readings taken are comparable.
